SBS (modified bitumen roof membrane)
Composite roofing membranes comprised of a reinforcing sheet coated with polymer modified asphalt and may be surfaced with a poly film, sand or mineral granules. SBS membranes can be torch applied, self-adhered, mechanically fastened, adhered with 2-part adhesive, or mopped in place with bitumen. Certified product applicator of: Soprema – www.soprema.com, IKO – www.iko.com, and Siplast – www.siplast.com.
