SBS (modified bitumen roof membrane)
Composite roofing membranes comprised of a reinforcing sheet coated with a polymer modified asphalt and may be surfaced with poly film, sand or mineral granules. The product comes in rolls and can be torch applied, self adhered, mechanically fastened, or mopped in place with bitumen.
